Veronica Chessa grew up with an artist father—a painter—who immersed her in a “magical” world she came to love, first and foremost, through osmosis. She enjoys playing with art, particularly works from the past, adopting a surrealist approach that allows her imagination to roam freely. After all, in dreams, anything is possible. She graduated from the Art High School in Grosseto and went on to earn a degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence (specializing in painting), with a thesis in Aesthetics titled *Silver Nitrate: The Audience and Cinema*. In 2004, she moved to Fano, where she currently lives and works. Veronica’s artistic practice leans towards the surreal and is expressed primarily through painting, graphic art, and digital collage.
